Recent inquiries on a 66, brought up the possibilities of needing to supply help to restorers for other year Mustangs.
I have a few somewhat clear images to offer for use in researching a list of all holes and stamping "dimples" or knockouts found. These images are taken from my November 2nd, 1966 actual build date 67 example. This is a factory AC and factory Disc Brake example with the brake line OVER the steering column and the fuel line within the transmission tunnel (since there are such running changes).

For those reading it is important to know that in case a hole has to be added to a firewall because of repair etc. that it needs to be punched instead of drilled hole. The added metal in the puckered sides of the opening help with added grip for screw threads. Not to say drilled will not work but it will not hold as well ,easily strip and not look assemblyline.

Bob is of course referring to 67 Mustangs and not all holes found on 67 Shelby's in this area ;) Just so viewers compare apples with apples
Plan on doing a drawing/graphic once we get the 65-66 versions done and figure out how to differentiate between different options and accessories as well as time periods
