The two window stops are a different shape. One has a bent/curved leg whilst the other is a right angle. Which 'stop' is the upper and and which is the lower. From the attached picture which one is for the L/H & R/H Door

Looking at my bags of parts and comparing them to your picture, the bent one on the left is for the right side, the bent one on the right is the left side. Both go above the straight ones. The straight ones keep the window from going too high when rolled up by stopping the arm from the regulator. The bent ones keep the window from going too low when rolled down by stopping the glass frame.
