are the delux door panels on a 70 mach 1 screwed on the door at the bootom thru the carpet. if yes what type of screws are they

They definitely had screws on the bottom of deluxe door panels. I believe they were a countersunk style with a integrated washer and the finish was black oxide, but not positive.

that is what i thought but it was 6 years ago when i took my car apart. anyone else have info on this

I have always seen silver with countersunk washer . With that said I always wondered why I hadn't seen any that were black which to me would have made more sense. Bob

Seems the typical for that plant was the zinc/cad plated screws with intergrated screws as mentioned and shown below (original Dearborn example)

At the same time (at other plants) there seems to be something else going on with the screw finish on some cars - Just to confuse the issue for others :D

my car is like the blue pic you show .it looks like they used black screws on the blue panel

On my 12-12-69 NJ built Mach 1 I have the silver screws w/ black door panels.
