Title: Autolite distributor C5GF 12127 A (unreadable date)

I have the manuals and have visited several sites...but....still not sure of application.  (I realize no readable date makes it harder to determine ) Any one know for sure?

I believe it is original for '66 289 4V no smog, C4?
