Title: 69 styled wheel proper color

Helping a friend with a 69 coupe and he wants to get the painted wheels redone .  Since Ive never worked on one I thought Id ask the forum.   Are the wheels more of a satin silver finish or more towards flat ?

More of a satin finish. The 69 & 70 center is more of a charcoal color versus the 71- 72 more of an argent.
