Title: 67-68 front valance licensce plate bracket

I looked through a 67 and 68 assembly manual and nothing as to which way is up or down for one of these.

Bracket?  On a Mustang?

Two square holes - two plastic/nylon inserts  and a couple of attaching bolts/machine screws. With a couple of rubber bumpers in the holes below

Don't have a 69-70 front license bracket do you?
