Thought it was supposed to say top at one end on the back?
Why do I hate repros?
How hard would it be to etch "TOP" into the mold so it comes out embossed in the casting?
Just don't want to get the cables upside down
2 on top one on bottom or vice-versa?

I believe that is correct but not 100% sure.

You might try the Library section of this forum. There is a post - Mustang Hardware Spreadsheet 64-66, that has two spreadsheets, one sorted by application and the other by part number. The spreadsheet sorted by application contains the information you need about hardware.

I checked your spreadsheet Jim and found the screws and nuts readily.
Excellent job and a very comprehensive resource.
#8 bolt thread spring nuts were called out, but I used #8 screw thread spring nuts with countersink phillips screws instead.
Bought a 40 pack assortment of #6,8,10,14 sizes that look like this
