Title: How to remove and replace chrome trim on Rocker Panel Moldings
Post by: wjgrnp on March 26, 2015, 02:07:14 AM
Hi
I have purchased a kit to replace the chrome trim on my rocker panel moldings after refinishing in Dark Argent.
I would appreciate some advice on how to remove the old and replace it with the new.
Is it necessary to drill out the rivets then slide each clip out of the gap, reinstall the clips into the new trim, line up with the holes and then re-rivet.
Or is there an easier way.
Thanks
Ward

That's what I did. It wasn't too difficult.
