There is a smog system on ubay that's has the PVS in the package.  Maybe more than you would want to pay just for the one piece.

Thanks for posting this.  For anyone looking, the 289 smog system package includes the hard-to-find-when-you-need-it “P”-clamp support which bolts to the AC compressor.  Clamp is used to secure the long T/E hose routed to rear of left-hand cylinder head. Still has the rubber/vinyl coating to prevent chafing.
